Services

Seven kinds of help. One way of working.

Each one starts the same way: we learn how your business runs, then agree in writing on what we will do. Under every service you will find a few questions. They are what we would ask in a first conversation, so you can think them over before we talk.

A steady hand on the plan.

Project and program management

More on project management →

  • Leadership of construction, IT, and software projects and programs
  • Scope, schedule, budget, and risk kept in one place everyone can see
  • Coordination of vendors, subcontractors, and partners
  • Release management and written acceptance criteria
  • A weekly status your leadership can read in two minutes
  • A planned handover so your team can run it afterward
What we usually askWhat is the project, who is involved, which tools do you use today, and what does done look like?
Make the way you work easy to repeat.

Operations and process

  • A review of workflows, roles, tools, and what each subscription costs
  • A target operating model with documented procedures and named owners
  • Written procedures for hiring, onboarding, HR, approvals, purchasing, and delivery
  • Fewer overlapping subscriptions and fewer manual handoffs
  • Clear decision rights, so approvals do not depend on who is managing
What we usually askWhich three tasks take the most time, who does them, and where do they get stuck?
Be found, then be easy to buy from.

Websites, booking, and online stores

  • Fast, responsive sites that look like your brand
  • Local search pages, structured data, sitemaps, and analytics
  • Online booking with availability rules, quotes, deposits, cancellations, and refunds
  • Product shops with stock, pickup, delivery, and custom orders
  • Payments, domain, email, and DNS set up and verified
What we usually askWho do you want to reach, how do they find you today, and what should they be able to do on the site?
Tools shaped around your process.

Custom software and mobile apps

  • Owner and admin consoles for orders, calendars, pricing, people, and settings
  • Web applications and portals for customers, vendors, and crews
  • iOS and Android apps with location, camera, notifications, and several languages
  • Roles, approvals, and audit trails that you administer without a developer
  • Serverless cloud hosting on AWS, defined as code and owned by you
What we usually askWhich task would you hand to software first, and who would use it every day?
Use models where they pay.

AI and automation

  • Applications built on AWS Bedrock, with cost aware routing between rules and models
  • Answers grounded in your own documents, with access limited to the right people
  • Drafting workflows with a human review step before anything is sent or submitted
  • Automation for routine handoffs between the tools you already use
  • Plain explanations of what the system does and why, so your team can tune it
What we usually askWhat decision or document would you like help with, and what data already exists?
Attention that leads to real orders.

Marketing and content

  • Footage editing, motion graphics, and AI enhanced animation
  • Short form video and content for several platforms
  • Campaign planning and execution, thumbnails, email sequences, and ads management
  • Brand guidelines, logos, letterheads, and templates
  • Analytics that show which source brought each visit and order
What we usually askWho is the audience, what do you already have, and what would count as a good result?
Keep every opportunity owned and on schedule.

Bid and contract pipeline support

  • Qualification of new opportunities against your capabilities and partners
  • Tracking with a named owner and deadline for each one
  • Support on RFP, RFQ, and IFB responses, with human review before submission
  • Teaming and subcontract coordination, flagged early rather than at the deadline
  • Navigation of state, local, and federal procurement portals
What we usually askWhich solicitations are you watching, where is the capability gap, and who are your possible partners? We support the work. We do not promise awards.
Under the hood

What we build with, when software is the right answer.

You do not need to know any of this. It is here for the people who will ask.

Web and mobile

Next.js, React, and TypeScript for web. Expo and React Native for iOS and Android.

Cloud on AWS

Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFront, Route 53, Cognito, KMS, and GuardDuty, defined as code with Terraform or CloudFormation.

Payments and email

Stripe for payments, Resend and SES for transactional email, and mailboxes on your own domain.

AI

AWS Bedrock, rule and model routing, document search, and review steps for anything that leaves the building.

Security

Multi factor sign in, role based access, private storage for customer files, upload scanning, and audit trails.

Delivery

Written scope, scripted deploys, automated checks, release notes, and training before we hand over.

Questions

Things people usually ask.

Do you only build software?

No. Many engagements begin with a conversation about process or project management and never involve code. Technology is how we deliver, not what we sell.

How do you price the work?

We use a fixed fee for defined scope, or a partnership model for ongoing work. We start from a written proposal and agreement. If a smaller step is enough, we will say so.

Will we own what you build?

Yes. Your code, data, accounts, and domain stay with you. You are not charged per seat as your team grows.

Can you work alongside our team or other vendors?

Yes. We often join an existing team, work with its tools, and hand the result back with documentation and training.

Do you work with agencies and prime contractors?

Yes, in support roles such as project management, bid support, and delivery. We are open to teaming and subcontract conversations, and we can lead or follow.

What happens in a first conversation?

About thirty minutes, mostly listening. The short questions on our intake page help us prepare, and every one of them is optional beyond your name and email.

Where do you work?

We are based in Northern Virginia and work around the District and Maryland in person. We work remotely with teams anywhere in the United States.

Tell us what you are working on.

A first conversation is free and mostly listening. Share as much or as little as you like, and we will reply by email within one business day.
