Tidelock Systems is led by Mikiyas Tadesse in Northern Virginia. We are a small team on purpose. You talk to the people doing the work, and we bring in trusted specialists when a project needs them.

A lock lets boats move between different water levels, safely.
That is how we think about the work. Companies move from how they started to how they want to run, and the move goes better one gate at a time, with someone who has done it before.

Fixed fee for defined scope, or a partnership model for ongoing work. We begin with a written proposal. You keep your code, data, accounts, and domain.
